Platmech needed a site that could explain a technically complex heat pump solution in a way that felt clear to developers, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders. The new platform introduces the Platmech Package — TCL's Tri-Thermal R290 heat pump, premium pre-plumbed cylinder, and structured aftercare — as a single, accountable solution rather than a collection of parts.
Working from their rebrand, we designed the website to mirror the journey of a developer: from understanding the hardware and performance metrics, through logistics, regulatory compliance, and after-sales support. Each section focuses on reducing perceived risk — long-term reliability, Dublin-based support, local spare parts, and clear documentation — while keeping the interface calm and readable.
Alongside the narrative structure, we helped productise Platmech's service offering, shaping content around key developer needs like design and specification, training, SEAI compliance, and case studies, so the site works as both a sales tool and a reference hub for decision-makers.
